What does BugVibes™ have to do with organic? Our devices can help produce organic foods because they repel pests in a way entirely free of pesticides. Chemicals such as carbaryl have extensive warnings and cautions and are widely used.

Organics typically do not use: GMOS, synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and have not used irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives. Organic is a process regulated by the USDA. They have established an organic certification program that requires all organic foods to meet strict government standards regulating how foods considered organic are grown, handled and processed. To be considered organic, a food item must contain more than 95% certified organic ingredients. Scientists have not been able to study organics long enough to determine if they are more nutritious. This is still an ongoing study and debate. Some opt for organic for the following reasons: use of pesticides, banning/restriction of food additives, and environmental reasons.
